There is a bit more to the story - the news articles all said the nurse worked for Doctors Without Borders, but she also works for the CDC - she is an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer. And her lawyer is a far left progressive, and a recent visitor to the White House:

Seems quite odd that she comes home, and instantly becomes the "face" of the Government position that quarantines are not necessary...
