They also do not like the smell of citrus. I had a neighborhood cat spending the night on my front patio. I mixed lemon scented floor cleaner and water, and mopped the entire patio with it. No more cat.

You could also invest in a cat trap, and trap and release the cat far, far away from your house. I don't know what the laws are like in Turkey but where I am feral cats are a big no-no.
