Cool down dude! I understand your concern but we're in 2014 and not 1914. No modern car brand is pure anymore! Every BMW, MB, Ferrari, Aston, McLaren, etc. is also Bosch, Brembo, Luk, ZF, Getrag, BorgWarner, Denso, Valeo, Magna, Honeywell, Continental, MagnetiMarelli etc. Cooperations between car brands seem no great spoiler (if done properly).

As long as BMW retains its own design, engines and dynamics and as long as the similarities between the two from behind the wheel aren't too obvious, I'm fine!

A 100% pure car would nowadays cost millions with all the tech R&D. I hope you realize that. So let's get ready for more and more of such a cooperations. Unfortunately that's the capitalistic future. :/
