Thanks, Dave. Won't touch the things myself. Not a fan. But it was interesting watching the preparations.
Tough shoot there. It was a department alumni picnic that I was asked to shoot. Bright, drizzly day and we were under a pavilion roof where it was quite a bit darker. No walls, so every shot was brightly backlit. No fun trying to get a balance. I opted for about +1 EV and just cropped out as much background as I could on each shot. So far, so good.
