Do you have a second car? Remove the wheel yourself and bring it to them. That way they don't need to know if you have a stud conversion or lug bolts. The wheel doesn't need to be on the car to repair the wheel/tire.

If I had a second car I would do this, same for tire changes... But my M is my only car
