I just started back on Insanity this past week, so Saturday I will be beginning round 2. Last time I tried to do insanity I only did it for a week (moved and stopped exercising and eating terribly). I'm hoping for good results, not really looking to get ripped or toned, just trying to slim back down to what I was at during college.
Been doing Atkins and it's always helped me in weight loss, and also doing insanity. I haven't weighed myself but I feel better for sure. Sore because I haven't really worked out since high school (6 yrs ago now) I usually just diet to stay at a comfortable weight. I just hope I can keep it up, I have a bad habit of starting a diet and having one bad day and just going off the cliff
