Starting with the GT 535i BMW drops the current N54
twin turbo engine and introduces a newly developed inline 6 (based on N54),
which uses a
single twin-scroll turbo and
Valvetronic. This is said to offer an improved engine response (and better efficiency).
What does that mean to the coming I/V 6 engine for the F3x M3? An ///M-exclusive twin turbo design?
