The other day I saw 2 cars with MD plates speeding and weaving in and out of heavy traffic on 395 north during rush hour. I thought to myself how selfish these a$$h*les are to risk other people's lives just for their own thrill... One mistake on their part would've resulted in possibly ruining many people's lives...
