I’ve recently upgraded from the stock 17”s (255/40r17 rear, 225/45r17 front), to some 18”s(265/35r18 rear, 235/40r18 front), and have had numerous fault codes thrown up; brake light, TPMS, and wheel speed sensor.

Anyone know how to fix?

I’m 99% sure nothing is broken, as all I did was take off the old ones, and throw on some new ones.

2005 320d M-sport, non X-drive.

ABS, TC and so on rely on the difference between speed and individual wheel speed. If the rear wheels are too fast it's detected as a loss of traction and power is limited to the wheels.

What I suspect happened to you is that all wheel speed readings are implausible right now. Your speedometer should be off now too. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix it but you can adjust the wheel size somehow in the ECU but idk how.

Edit: Btw, your new wheels look great!

Edit Edit: You can recalibrate the wheel speed sensors somehow, you should try to look up how.
