Buttonwillow CW#13
I came up with an idea to see fastest BW CW #13 time for E92 M3 (stock M3). The purpose of this thread is to provide people what they should expect from stock M3 before they opt for aftermarket parts. As known, large number of drivers run with aftermarket pads and various tires due to the nature of our car, please list your upgrade in the following format.
Example (mine): Time: 2:xx:xx Car: 08 E92 M3 (non-ZCP, non-EDC) Power: Stock engine, stock intake, stock exhaust Suspension: No mods, Camber setting OEM (-1 all corners) Brake: Endless MX-72 Pads, PMU 650 Brake Fluid, Goodridge SS line Wheels and Tires: 265/35/18 RS-3 on Apex ARC-8 Other modificaton: none Thank you for your inputs. You could just go through the E9x track time tread below which has the same data and times ( just for all tracks). There are more CA drivers here than anywhere else.

You are correct, but our car won't be trackable without a little bit of aftermarket parts if you go track more than 6 times a year. I had serious fade and excessive use of tires when i was tracking completely stock during summer. I admit i used aggressive street tires and pads, but it's still street spec, not track spec.

Yes, but that's too much information. I wanted to collect data for BW, since i consider it as the best socal track. It's a quite technical course that requires various driving techniques to be faster. I have been to BW three times so far (total experience of 7 times on track), and i thought it is nice to have a bench mark time for us before moving up to coilovers, bbk, or superchargers. In this case, we might be able to gather data for gains in mods. BTW, the fastest lap time with stock E92 M3 (ZCP) with RS3 and aftermarket pads that i found is 2:02:xx. Well, isn't it going to be nice?

I took a similar route in mods while watching my progress on this config, i never had the aero installed (other than modecarbon gts v1 lip 2 days ago ), but the first two times in my case were 4 seconds slower. 1:59 above is hard to match
