I mostly cook with that, I use it in virtually everything I make. Unless you mean I should take shots of it?!
Also take an Omega 3 supplement as part of my multivitamin pack. Every little bit counts!

yeah no need to take by the spoon when it can be easily incorporated through cooking and dressing
