Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble setting up E-Sys. I have both 3.28 and 3.30 but I can't seem to get it to work. I can't connect to a car for some reason and I'm not really finding the issue right now.

I have Psdz data set to a external SSD since my C: disk is already full. So I did set the Psdz data folder correct in the settings of E-Sys I think. But when I try to connect a car it doesn't seem to find it. I'm using a genuine Icom and it works perfect on ISTA etc, but E-Sys can't find anything.

The fix is probably really easy and so dumb that I didn't think of it, but I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction!

Did you link the psdzdata from the hard disk to the folder in C: data?
Dont change anything in the esys settings. Restore the original location of psdzdata folder in esys settings.
To link the two folders :
Plug in the hard disk
Start CMD with elevated Admin rights.
execute 'mklink /D C:\Data\psdzdata D:\PathtoPSDZdataFolder'

Ah okay that's where thr problem might be. I did change the E-Sys settings to the D folder. Any idea what the standard folder is for E-Sys? Or do I need to uninstall and re-install just to be sure?
