I need help with Tool32 for EGR settings

Hi, where I can found a manual for Tool32? I change the EGR Valve but the throttle no is fine 100%... I noticed slight oscillations from the beginning and yesterday on a trip it ran out of power for 200 km, then it came back... in the afternoon on another trip the "Propulsion" error appeared but it did not lose power. On the other hand, today on the return, in a journey of 400 km, it has not lost power nor did any errors appear.

Somewhere I read that with Tool32 you can adjust the EGR to 40 - 70%, I have installed it on the laptop but I have no idea
I have ENET cable.
