This might be due to the interception of when the JB4 reads the the boost and alters it before sending it back to the ECU. So it is a small amount of RPM and that goes by quick but after the maps look to be good staying around the high 12's and dropping to high 11's for the AFR. But still the best looking and safer option is Map 1.

Can you post a log of the stock tune on your car with the JB4 Off to compare the numbers?
Alright , the weather is terrible . I'll Have to wait until it clears up.

We have no issues with Radiators as they do just fine and do not crack and the fans we use push out high amounts of air. Our biggest issue if Front Mount Intercooler.

Been saying this for a long time when I had an X3 28i from 2014-16, I saw a lot of friends who had major issues with JB4 (22psi) and I learned a few things that over 21psi N20 are not happy.
It's almost not worth it at all to bother tuning this engine. I moved on for that same reason.
Better off keeping it stock, and getting an N55.

4. GSR = No Idea
5. BootMod3 (This is a unlocking service for the ECU and comes with a stock Stage 1 map. Allows for remote session to load a tune to the ECU without having to send it in to the shop. This will be beneficial for someone that wants to build the car later and retune or if the tunner has free map updates. This is also nice as the tunner can remote in and fine tune your car if there are some issues as every off the shelf stage 1 map might not work right for a car, so fine tunning usually comes into play and this delivers.

The JB4 is unique in that it offers fuel pressure control, allowing it to correct fuel trims and AFR for E85 mixtures. Whatever failed on your friends cars, I doubt it was due to the E85. The N20 is known for having weaker rods from the factory and it tends to throw them over 22psi.

Yes only way to do it is upgraded fuel pump. I'm currently about to purchase lpfp stage 2 and run E30 do not go past E30 and your car will be happy actually if u run E20-E30 your car will most likely run better
