Let's say that when I physically see and touch and pass inspection of what I'm supposed to receive instead of the splitters for the same price then I will post photos...

This is one of those times that a nice conversation and patience with a vendor really pays off...

Flawless fit and finish... hope that it lasts the same.

this is all I was trying to avoid; TRULY TRULY meant no harm as previously stated. I highly respect the DIYer & feel this characteristic furthers the bond one has with his car rather than just clicking to buy products at prices that sometimes are of no higher quality than replica pieces.

not all pieces are worth the prices they sell at, & some replicas can be of similiar quality. if you call us, we're straight forward about this & only recommend the best in terms of quality, fitment, weave, install hassle, effectiveness for the price, & the like. If there's a rep similair, we will give that option as well.

our ultimate goal is to assist in achieving your end results for your car. we take great satisfaction in knowing we've helped bring your pride & joy to life. ask around, we're as BMW nutty as they get & when you come across most aftermarket products, you develop experience with what's good/ works & what doesn't.

I didn't originally jump on this thread to cause any harm guys, only to make aware of the wide variety we sell. IT'S ALL ABOUT OPTIONS. If you look, I never even recommended a particular product, moreso that I could guarentee your satisfaction with anything we did send out to you. I still only care to do the same.

I like what you are doing with the car & see you've already made another purchase which seems to have been executed with much higher devotion to the final product.

if you don't mind posting where you got it from, we would all benefit. it does look awfully nice; make sure to post when all is fitted & properly aligned. surely you'll be in for much age

above all: thanks for sharing this entire process & being willing to experiment with differing options.

& to all those that I had previously upset in this thread, lets just have a

Because they want to make sure that everybody knows that the only Coca Cola that tastes great is the one that they sell...

The reality not shown here is that, by talking to the seller about these "splitters" they immediately admitted that they messed up by cutting a lip and trying to make splitters out of it -no bullcrap, no absurd excuse, no lies- just "we are going to send you the lip for the same price".

When you compare this customer service of a $233 purchase with a vendor selling you $6000 in forged wheels and still you have issues, delays and blatant lies then, what are we really talking about?

damn that looks good. Cant wait till i get mines... I think we got the deal of the year technic. Mines should be here in a couple day. They didn't even make me send back the splitters. I can't imagine how much the venders here are making off us.

The "ebay" vendor sends everything express air. Which cost a lot even for a little box. I can't imagine the price sending a big box like that. For $233, this is a steal.

I don't think the vendor here can get us the lip as fast as the "ebay" guy can, and they are in the USA.

i feel much much better about my purchase now.

Damn skippy...

This lip doesn't have any markings much less any holes to help with the install, though. Double side tape can help you in placing the lip exactly where you want it and then drill the holes, and only if you want to drill holes into the bumper. I used a combination of OEM black glue with professional double side tape for a semi-permanent installation.

The fitment is great, although the sides do not go all the way to the edge of the fender line (at least 1/4" short). No big deal for me as it stops right where the fender crease is located...
