long story short, you need a software to generate codes that can be used with Feature Installer. since this software is expensive, you won't want to buy it so you will end up buying the Feature Installer code from someone who invested money and bought the software to generate codes .

Sure, if he needs a FI Code, I have a source for them, or he can just buy from you or elsewhere.
