That sounds great, I have been eating black beans in place of meat in a lot of my meals lately. I love cooking some black beans with onion, jalapeno, garlic, and tomatoes in a skillet. I usually eat it with some low fat sour cream and cilantro on top.

yeah i love black beans, i used to really eat a lot of refried beans but recently found out how bad they are for you. I found this company that makes refried black beans and they are surprisingly really good for you and taste awesome too!

trader joe's black bean dip is also pretty good. its great in tacos, sandwiches, or omelettes too

ok, it's my birthday today so I get another cheat day lol.....

went to Trulucks again because Capital Grill and Papa's Steakhouse were both CLOSED until dinner.....

so yeah, got me a Steak Dynamite - 8oz Filet with spicy crab meat/shrimp sauce and some mashed potatoes. Crab Cake for appetizer....
