Bad pic, but this is what I made the other day (again). Lean turkey breast tenderloin on top of a bed of onions, garlic, shallots, and sweet potatos. Put in the crockpot and left overnight. Very simple but pretty dang good.

lol I dunno if that's any better than a donut, but it reminds me of a napoleon I had a while back.

vanilla caramel mille feuille/napoleon


godlike kouign amann from that same bakery. its basically puff pastry with caramelized sugar on the outside and filled with gooey sugary butter inside.

I thought I had one somewhere but I couldn't find it. Kind of odd. It might have been because I left it overnight and woke up early to cut it up and pack it in the fridge and I forgot to snap a pic.

Poison no, but a 74% increase in mortality among those with a diet high in meat and cheese is pretty significant.
