Yeah a little over cooked actually, I should have taken more care when I finished it off in the oven.

Now that is a perfectly cooked steak (in my humble opinion).

Lunch today:
Dinner today: Apologies for the redundancies. I am a creature of habit so I pretty much order the same thing whenever I find something I like I need to try the pontchartrain style filet that Litos always gets one of these days! |

Keep the agendas out of this thread please, and keep posting more pics of good food!
Bad pic, but this is what I made the other day (again). Lean turkey breast tenderloin on top of a bed of onions, garlic, shallots, and sweet potatos. Put in the crockpot and left overnight. Very simple but pretty dang good.

lol I dunno if that's any better than a donut, but it reminds me of a napoleon I had a while back.
vanilla caramel mille feuille/napoleon godlike kouign amann from that same bakery. its basically puff pastry with caramelized sugar on the outside and filled with gooey sugary butter inside. |

I thought I had one somewhere but I couldn't find it. Kind of odd. It might have been because I left it overnight and woke up early to cut it up and pack it in the fridge and I forgot to snap a pic.
