I ran into the same expired EST with the 2.8.2 launcher. I just successfully coded my F25 today using the 2.8.1 launcher with the token generator detailed in this thread: https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forum...s-free-for-all!

Yes, old F25 can use old Launcher 2.8.1.
