I know in post #4 we have the NBT boot animation video/zip files in 1280x480. I saw later on RedErik posted the video in 720, does anyone have the 720 zip file ready to go?

Also having a hard time creating my logos (No windows 11 yet) so post your generic 720 imagefv.bmp's.

All these links have both 480p and 720p animations ready to be installed.

Hi evryone i recently got one of those fake android unit claiming to be an android 12 but meh...now im tryng to set an Msport boot logo but since i dont know exactly what is the right way to get this done since boot logo have difrent type of file to install on android 12 and 10, so to avoid system death i ask if anyone had this done and help me, chek the img attatch for more info.
There is also a sport display that dont match my rpm becouse i have a 316d and it display rpm up to 8 while my car can max 6...i appreciate evryone for help !

None of the methods mentioned in this thread will work on this unit. It's a completely different firmware to what we discuss here. I keep a share of update files along with boot logo and animation update procedure here. Use at your own risk. If you don't strictly follow these instructions you might brick your unit. Also if you decide to update the firmware, again you are doing this at your own risk - I have not tested these, I don't know if you need to install these in order or you can simply jump to the latest version and I don't have this unit to run my own tests.

Thanks men for your time i was hoping in a your answere, i saw you are the God of this stuff, and as u sayd i was afraid to brick my unit if did something wrong , so ill stay like this until i know more, in android 12 thread another user suggested me a russian web site where it seems they have some tips for this units , but im italian and the translation are wierd. 4pda has a quite good thread on these units. You might find there some info about these updates and perhaps the sequence in which you should install them.

As for the boot logo and animation, if you look at the link I posted, in the folder Stock boot logo and animation you will see how it all should be structured. Basically you will need a logo in png format and bootanimation.zip, then you will place in /HUTUpdate/OS/ along with these upgrade.en and upgrade.system files (which are completely empty, they're just there to trigger the update). You then copy all of that to a USB drive (FAT32 or exFAT file system required), plug in and it will be automatically installed.

Oh yeah thanks didnt notice that is also what the other user linked in the android 12 thread and think this is the right one but tbh i dont like that logo i was looking for the Msport one like this one a user posted, and was wondering if i could edit some way to be correct for my unit, i also dont know for wiich unit is this but looks very cool here the link if someone need it

I don't think you fully understand how it works. There are no animations or logos specific to your unit. Every single Android device uses bootanimation.zip file for the animation. It's the resolution that matters. So pick whatever boot animation you want, match it with whatever logo you want in png file format and the same resolution and install it according to the above instructions.

My question is - can i use KSW Project firmware with this device ?
Old navigation with SD625/4/128/ working perfect, update firmware (from MEGA link).
I don`t know firmware for SD662 will work on SD665 or another idea

Unfortunately you cannot use any other firmware than what you have. It's not only the SoC, it's the MCU integration as well. Both need to talk to each other. You probably won't be even able to install KSW firmware using regular means. You would need to enter fastboot and manually push this firmware. Chances of KSW firmware working with your MCU are slim to none, but chances of bricking your unit would be pretty high.

You cannot use KSW launcher as it is made by Chinese devs for KSW units only. But you can use any other launcher, like ID7 Launcher, iDrive Launcher, FlowUX etc. some functions will not be available (car data) but other than that, they will work.

I've got problem with boot logo in my car android 12 unit, with snapdragon 665.
I installed boot animation successfully according to the instructions from RedErik in the fourth post of this topic, but there is still problem with boot logo.
My device is requies file named bootlogo.zip placed in OEM folder - that's clear, but what needs to be inside this .zip file? just 1 file named imagefv.bmp with no other folders, files or anything else?

No, no. If you have a Snapdragon 665 unit running KSW firmware (and seems like you have since you managed to change that animation), you need to place that imagefv.bmp file in the OEM folder as well. Not zipped, not renamed or anything. Just place it there and it will be automatically updated.

I didn't say anything about going to the factory setting menu and importing any files. If the file is correctly saved (bmp with the correct header, ideally under Windows 11) then you place it along with your bootanimation.zip file and let the unit upload it automatically. If it doesn't upload automatically then it means it's incorrectly prepared.
