It’s in a space this time haha.
I used the parking assist to see how good it was and it’s better than my F36.

Definitely been a weekend for convertibles in the south, I have a great tan after a weekend of roof down driving!

Have to say the Mini is great, roof down on the M25 at 70 is fine, with the wind deflector in place...

Probably the car I regret selling the most (R32) and the car that replaced it, which is probably the biggest disappointment of all the cars I’ve owned to date. The ingredients were all there (NA, Manual, RWD) but the execution was terrible, IMO. On the other hand, the Golf was flawed in so many ways, but it made a great noise, the DSG gearbox was a revelation at the time, and it had character.

Unpopular opinion but I actually think the Model Y looks good. Better from the back then the front anyway. I'd have one

Interesting, we had 350Z Roadster for about 6 or 7 years, and really enjoyed it. I think we put about 60,000 miles on, as Mrs had it as her daily (it was actually her choice of car). Certainly not the most sophisticated of platforms, but fun none the less

I genuinely think it is one of the worst looking cars currently on sale. It just looks like they took a Model 3 and stretched it upwards. There are a couple parked on our road, and whenever I go past I keep looking for a good angle, but not seen one yet ...

Interesting comment on the 350Z, the wife had 2 she liked them so much. In fairness the facelift 313bhp was the better car and a new engine design from the ground up, hence the hump in the later model bonnet.

Admit it wasn't always a smooth operator especially the gear change, but with the Nismo exhaust, some decent rubber it was enjoyable and fun.

Mine was the facelift 313bhp variant

There does seem to be love for them, and I bought it on strength of opinion which was probably my mistake. I just didn't gel with it at all. It never felt that fast and I found it incredibly snappy on the limit. All personal preference though, my mum had a mk2 Audi TT at the time and I much preferred that car

No, that’s been demoted to family runabout now, but will probably be parked in the garage until Autumn lol.

Ah cool! Hope it will still get some love
Does the Merc drive better or what boxes does it tick compared to the tuned 440i?
