ECS Tuning-share your experience

I'm looking at BMW performance seats and they have them listed for a great price. Never purchased from them before so looking for feedback before making a big pirchase

They are usually pretty good. Only downside is that if an order is canceled you get store credit and not cash back.. So if anything goes wrong you'll have a lot of store credit to use up...

I use ECS tuning to buy most of my fluids as they seem to have good prices. Never had an issue. Haven't bought hardware from them before though.

A quick google search on ECS provided mixed reviews, seemingly on opposite ends of the spectrum in regards to customer satisfaction. Some people have no issues. Others may experience extremely delayed shipments, or cancelled orders (by ECS) for no apparent reason, to ECS shipping them the wrong product.

Their price on the seats is probably the lowest, but I'm unsure if the price is worth the risk.

Thanks for your reviews thus far! Keep them coming

I actually did, a bit earlier, regarding the seat availability.

I know it is hard to keep everyone happy from a business' point of view but when I installed their pedals 2 screws stripped out instantly and they weren't able to sell me matching replacement screws. Offering to sell me a new set of pedals at full retail pricing instead of selling me a .02 cent hardware is not good customer service in my book. Not a big deal though...

I bought a new undertray and the 2 side pieces from them. Shipped when it said they would and no issues.

Thanks guys for your feedback. I've decided to go another route. I learned that for 1st time customers ECS only ships to the billing address to prevent fraud. Makes sense. However, my preference is to ship direct to my shop as I don't have a truck to bring the seats myself. If I wanted this option my only payment option is to wire money, which I'd prefer not to do
