BMW of Greenwich had to be there lol, they cater to the area with the highest concentration of billionaires in the country. Not to mention they actually treat people awesome. They've had several E9X M3 CPO's for sub 40K. Needless to say they're scooped up pretty quickly.

What about North Americas worst Dealerships? Does anyone at BMW Germany even care how some Customers are being treated? Does anyone even take the time what members here have to say in the Dealership Review Thread of this forum?

Why not check this out ---> CLICK

Then compile a list of North Americas Worst BMW Dealerships
Ummm...it's a US list. That's Ontario, California.

I'd also be very curious to see where how Canadian dealerships are ranked. My dealership has always been excellent in all aspects.

Houston cleaned up
I agree with North and Advantage being on the list, but I've had and heard of poor experiences as the Momentum dealership. Their Mini dealership is nice, but the BMW side leaves a lot to be desired.

Ah ... my bad I guess I read Ontario ... on the other hand I consider Canada as being part of North America ... perhaps the title should have read USA or United States of America ... Still why is Canada not part of the list Hmmm I wonder. I guess Canadian sales don't count.

I can't speak for their sales department, but one of my high school friends is a tech at Desert BMW, and he knows his shit (drives an E39M too). That entire service department is supposed to be pretty solid.

Surprised to see Braman West Palm Beach. I've taken 3 cars there for service and there is nothing to rave about. They rarely give you a BMW loaner and they refused to replace obvious warranty items more than once.

I've had a MUCH better service experience at other BMW dealerships (NOT in FL though).

Congrats to Schomp BMW of Colorado (#8 on the list). That is a very good dealership. Bought 2 cars from them and I always got outstanding service during both the buying and service experience.

BMW North America is actually BMW USA (bmwusa.com). BMW Canada is a separate entity (bmw.ca). Their head office is in Richmond Hill, if you want to wander over and give them hell.

Thompson BMW? What a joke! They have the most unfriendly parts/service department ever! Chip (parts guy) is consistently rude and nosy and hates the fact that I ask him to price match tischer! They charge on top of msrp for parts if you buy retail! Horrible dealer. West German BMW is way better.

I've been with Savage since 2007 and I have seen the improvements over the years. These changes where recognized by corporate hence Savage was granted the I.E. Mini dealership a few years back.

Dont have any experiance with sales however when having an alignment performed the machine was banged into my fender causing a good size paint chip. When having the service done my air filter box clips have been broken. I always tell them never to wash my vehicles but they always bring my car around from the wash rack.

It's a shame to not see my local dealer on the list(Erhard BMW), since they made last year's list. I've had nothing but great experiences with them, especially considering the fact that I bought my car used from a private party and it's modded. My service adviser loves 135's, and always tells me that he wishes they were more popular, since they don't see too many of them through there. They are always super accommodating though, and have even knowingly covered a stupid mistake on my part before. Haha, they even looked through my mods and made sure they were installed correctly on my first visit in there. I didn't end up buying through them, but when I was looking at cars on their lot originally, they were more than happy to work with me on finding something affordable, and I didn't feel pressured or anything. Definitely a different experience than when I owned my Evo and had to deal with Mitsubishi.
