FS: 2012 BMW E93 black on black, 72k miles

I am looking to sell my 2012 E93 M3. I purchased the vehicle from BMW Seattle in 2019 and have put on 13k miles in the past 5 years. It's been my baby and is 100% stock, but I have a growing family and need to move to something more practical. I want the car to go to a good home and am therefore listing it here to gauge interest before listing it on more public websites.

The vehicle is mechanically perfect and cosmetically excellent. I have service records for the entire life of the vehicle across all 3 owners, have performed lots of preventative maintenance (highlighted below), and ceramic coated the exterior in 10/2023 with a 4-year coating. - Spark plugs replaced at 59k miles
- Throttle actuators replaced at 60k miles
- Fuel tank breather valve replaced at 63k miles
- TPMS receiver replaced at 67k miles
- Battery replaced at 67k miles (2/2023)
- Driveshaft guibo, center support bearing, and diff pinion seal replaced at 68k miles in 6/2023
- TPMS wheel sensors (all 4) replaced in 9/2023
- Ceramic coated after 2-step paint correction in 10/2023
- Oil last changed 2/2024 at 70k miles
- Brake fluid, engine air filter, and cabin air filter changed in 3/2024

**I have a lifetime oil change package valid at all Lithia dealers so the oil has been changed about every 6-12 months no matter the mileage (this could potentially be transferred to buyer)**

Known flaws:
- Few scattered rock chips on front bumper and hood
- Two small door dings that I am in the process of removing with PDR
- Tires (Michelin PS2) have 30-40% life left
