Mode Carbon...

Looks like a lot of people have been having issues with Mode Carbon.

I thought they were reputable. Should have done my research before hand.

Been lied to so many times about my front lip shipping back.

Already made an appointment with the body shop as well to have it installed.

If this were the case I would have gone with another company.

AJM shipped my lip out next day. Even though fitment wasn't the best.

Any one else in the same boat?

Check their IG. Looks like Sam was in the hospital. They still sell top quality stuff. I would send an email and see what the response is. Shit happens to good people and they are STILL reputable. Boutique vendors such as these have tend to have some longer lead times.

I ordered a lip that took a few months to arrive but they responded to any emails I sent during that time the quality of the lip was great as well (V1)

I ordered a lip from them a couple years back and have been pretty happy with it. The shipment was pretty fast and fitment was great.


Not sure what happened to them.

They are a bunch of scammers now. Sam scammed me earlier this year out of an almost $800 front lip. Look for recent posts on Google - you’ll see others dealing with the same thing.

I take back my recommendation.
Definitely 10 years ago they were amazing.

Last year I ordered a lip from them for my G30, got from them a legitimate discount code, plugged it in, ordered and waited for my lip. 2 weeks later they emailed me and said the code is invalid and asked for me to pay for the difference. I said i’m no longer interested and wanted a refund. They said the order has been processed so they can’t refund it, yet they are holding it hostage and asking me to pay the difference.

Felt very scam, so I took it to my credit card company.

Ordered a lip from RW Carbon. They shipped it out the next day.

Guess what. They were doing a promotion the day after I ordered my lip. They adjusted my total and saved me 15%.

Def would recommend passing on ModeCarbon. The game is not the same anymore and they just hungry for money. tbh, they all come
from the same factory over seas. No way Sam is there hand laying carbon.
