The people in video #2 say that BMW is developing this "new" technology, yet it has been out for years and it is called "City Safety" (by Volvo).

Personally, I probably would have refrained from showing footage of a dummy being ejected from a tumbling car. Just not what you want to see when the voiceover is making general statements about safety innovations.

It is real world testing, and the dummy most likely did not have his belt on, so go figure. They have nothing to hide, and we have everything to gain.
