Alpina B3 Turbo now available for Xi models

If you are looking for a car that is somewhere between a standard 335i and an M3 with more of a luxury ride (including an automatic transmission) then the Alpina is up your alley. One caveat is that you have to live outside the USA to get one of these

Alpina has now extended its B3 range to include Xi models so now if you want all-wheel-drive goodness you can have it! Good times for Alpina fans

What type of wood is that? I don't like how they only have the automatic option I like the matching gauge cluster.

I realize that it's classic Alpina, but the pinstriping is so 70's.

Pinstripes!! OMG, the car is ugly!

It looks like a 80s car. The pin stripes and spoilers don't do it at all for me. Just get Dinan or a piggyback for way less $$$ and be done with it.

90k?

Here's my two cents:
Pinstriping looks great
Wheels look like 7 series, but still look good
Decals or whatever on the rear are too much

Dont understand. All can buy cars in Europe. You are not locked to the US marked. At my dealer he sells to all markets. They just remove the tax - and you have to pay your own tax. At some markets its cheaper then to buy at your local. Course of the big big taxes (180%) we have here the dealers have fight to get the cars cheaper then others. So - the price without tax is often cheper.

When I bought my 335xi a few weeks back, the dealership had an Alpina B7 in the showroom. Why woulndn't we see the B3 here in the states?? Maybe not right away though, but eventually.....??

Id rather by a 335xi/i and modify accordingly with the price difference but it is REALLY COOL THAT THE ALPINA B3 BOASTS A 9.4:1 COMPRESSION RATIO VS OUR CURRENT 10.1:1 !!!! (See pdf detail on Alpina website)

Is this Alpina B3 Xi Cabriolet available in the UK? I would love an all-wheel drive 3er to compete with the S4!
