Leather pulling away from seat bolster

Hi all,

I've scoured the web for a solution but can't find anything. Hoping you may have some insight. I figured I could use a heat gun to stretch the leather back but any suggestions on how to glue it back? And also, if you think there is something better than a heat gun to stretch it back I'll take the advice. Thanks!
