Update on my situation. The pedal travel issue has seemingly improved with new wheel speed sensors installed. There were intermittent fault from one of the sensor.

After replacing that sensor, the brake pedal feel improved so much that I need to reduce my braking effort.

You’ll reckon it’s brake assist related?

You can also try SPBR coding.

I'm running SPBR permanently now. I find it helps with initial brake bite.
