I installed a JRZ RS1 setup on my wife's street-driven e92 M3 and she absolutely loves it. She also finds it to ride better with 400/700 lbf/in spring rates than the stock EDC suspension.

I just installed a TC Kline SA set up on my M3. So far so good and the ride is great. I only track 4-6 days year now, so I got street biased spring rates, which are still pretty stiff, but much better than my previous Eibach springs, stiffer front sway bar and turner stage 2 camber plates. To be honest, I think I was hitting the bump stops a lot. I haven't tracked the set up yet, but you can already feel the difference in cornering.
The kits are on sale, about $900 off MSRP at ~$2200. I busted an EDC shock up front and the cost of replacing a pair made it worthwhile to change the whole kit at that price.

I've rode in quite a few cars with KW coilovers varying from the CS, V3, and the competition setup. They all have rode VERY hard. You hit a bump and it jars yours spine. I had back pain getting out of a KW CS E92 M3...with stock seats...going over a bump on Texas World Speedway. Its about 1/10th as bad in my car with a TCK coilover.
The trick to a comfy suspension is a quality damper setup for the car with a set of properly matched springs and properly adjusted settings.

Good day
Not sure if you've considered Ohlins R&T...seems to be well received within the M3 community. I'm really impressed with my decision. Cheers |

Ohlins R&T spring rates (F/R ~345/685 lbf/in) are too soft for the track. Ohlins recommends against using higher rates without having the dampers revalved. Also, R&T dampers need to be rebuilt (with supplied spring rates) at 20-25k miles (I'm running them on my R56 Cooper S and they're worn out at ~10k street miles ).

That being said, I have the Clubsport 3-ways (regular club sports are 2-way), adjusted to soft-ish street settings, reasonable ride height, and I run 18" wheels, all of which are certainly contributing factors. It would change things drastically if I had the suspension settings cranked up to full stiff and / or the ride height super low, with a set of 19's.
