Looks good, this place has some bad reviews online. Maybe they've figured something out with their customer service?

Did you contact them about fitment? I'm super anal and that little miss on fitment would cause me not to buy...

To JoePCone's point:

I need a set of splitters, but the reviews for this place online are pretty rough.

Has anyone else ordered from them? Thoughts?

Is there a better place for replica splitters that people recommend?

Thanks!!

I would hate to have anything on my car not perfect ! It's the 3rd set of splitters I've purchased online as a rep from different companies and it is the best fitting that I have came across . Did a re install and used some plasti-dip to fill in a little 2-3mm gap on corners by the ducts

Maybe try Turner Motorsport's:

http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-18...e90e92-m3.aspx

I personally would trust Turner more...

These things are hit or miss. I've ordered 2 sets of rep spliiters from various vendors and neither fit well (definitely worse than OP's). However, my friend ordered from same place and it had really good fitment.

P.S. Also ordered rep CF trunk spoiler and the fitment was a joke. It was literally off about 2mm on the sides (height wise).

thanks for the updated pictures, we suggest all clients to use VHB to install, after everything is sitted correctly, as you guys can see, PERFECT FITMENT, 10/10

we gave the OP some tips to make it fit better and quite honestly, fitment is better is OEM.

yes, we had many clients order our M3 CF splitters over the years, no issues quite frankly and awesome fitment. you can always try Ebay if in doubt

thats pretty bad fitment as our CF trunk spoiler also has perfect fitment, but it requires a special method to install to sit correctly

The OP even said he had to use Plastidip to fill in the gaps where it didn't meet the duct perfectly...

I didn't say I had tried Turner's, I just made reference to trusting their brand/name.

you can try Turners, OP even said it had horrible fitment, please see the post above, after turners and even ebay Splitters, he decided to give ours a try, no issues quite honestly.

since the OP is happy with our CF spltters, and already tried Turners before contacting us, it should be self explanatory, but you can always buy a set from any supplier, thats ultimately up to you. if Turners fit better than ours, he probably wouldnt have even contacted us in the first place and in the end, he made the right choice, we welcome all local members to see before they purchase.

pictures clearly show perfect fitment at 1/3 of OEM price, OEM doesnt even sit flush every case at $650. VHB tape is recommended for all of our CF parts as normal 3M tape doesnt hold as well.

There's no special way to install the lip. You just have to make sure it's lined up and apply tape.

Not to mention that I had help from my friend that had already done the install and we both agreed the spoiler was no good. After I got my refund, I went ahead and bought a brand new OEM one. 100% perfect fit. Same method of install.

I have no doubt that there will be lips that fit fine. But with my luck, I've had 0/3 replica CF pieces that have fit, so I either buy OEM or used aftermarket lip/diffusers.

That's what I'd be worried about. Maybe all 'knock-off' stuff is hit and miss but just because the OP's fitment was decent I feel like for whatever reason mine won't be the same.

for our CF splitters, the installation is pretty straight forward, but we highly recommend using VHB 3M tape, it costs more but the quality is much better, in regards to the CF performance trunk spoiler, there is an incorrect way and a correct way, wrapping the whole trunk spoiler with 3M tape is actually incorrect, which is why you have a height gap, the correct way is to leave about 1/8 inch space pointing away from the trunk, fitment will be Perfect, the OP decided for a more aggressive look which we will gladly provide, all local members are more than welcome to see before purchase, all CF parts are 2x2 as stated, which is just like OE.
