Hello I have a 2019 f32 440i xdrive and was on the Highway cruise control at 80mph when the car suddenly started blowing clouds of smoke from the exhaust I noticed in my rear view pulled over and had the car towed. I have only a tu hpfp, catless dp, and stage 2 bm3 tune on the car I believe it to be a blown turbo but would like to hear your opinions

Forgot to mention when I disconnected my downpipe it was full of oil as well as oil in my throttle body

Without looking at it, it sounds like blown seals...

Check your PCV and replace it first.

If problem persists, then it's the turbo.

Does the ruptured PCV diaphragm cause oil to accumulate in the throttle body?

Hmm... Seems as if it would just cause blow by in the cylinders which could explain a bit of oil in the downpipe that isn't burned off by the exhaust manifold and the turbine housing. But, if it's excessive... It's probably oil in the turbo's center section pushing into the turbine, and burning there due to the heat if the turbine housing itself.

On the intake side of things, I didn't think the PCV is plumbed in such a way as to cause oil to get into the intake manifold. Unless this is this a BMW thing?

...another check on the turbo seals is oil in the charge pipe, but if you're getting it in the throttle body the charge pipe should be a mess. 🤷🏻

...if it's the seals.

One's a 2 or 3 digit repair and one's a 4... I'd look into the cheaper one first, unless you're looking for an excuse to upgrade. Then do both.
