Swap HK into Hifi e90 M3 from 335i

I have a donor car (e90 335i) that I can literally swap everything out of. Is it as simple as pull all of the components, plug into the M3 and code? Or am I pulling all of the harnesses as well.

335i spun a rod bearing

If I remember correctly the HK system uses a MOST based AMP. The hifi system doesnt do that- so its a bit more nuanced than just plugging it in. If you car is like mine (m3, hi-fi), i dont have a most loop running to the amp area at all.
