How to remove polish from window gasket?
So like an idiot I ran my buffer over the black plastic piece without masking off the window gaskets. What's the best way to remove the chalky residue?

Usually an all purpose cleaner will take it off. If not, try something like Chemical Guys Wax and oil remover.

Use a toothbrush with a mild cleaner or even some clear vinegar, which also works to remove water scale/spots from the glass!

Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Light pressure and keep it wet.
