Here is a nice Bimmer getting a quality touch up re-spray in 36 degree temps. Paint both is top notch

Just because this dealer is on the list does not make it a good one.

I'm surprised Steve Thomas wasn't listed, too.

No worries, guys. BMW is hard at work at improving our experience buying their product: pretty soon showrooms will no longer have profit-incentivized sales people. Instead, it will have customer-experience driven product geniuses, like in Apple stores.

Not good news for our friends auto sales professionals, but great news for consumers, as other manufacturers will no doubt follow suit.

No Columbus, Ohio dealerships on the list. Not the least bit surprised both will price gouge you to death and charge over msrp on popular new models.

No WA dealers either.

Maybe it's a NW/SE bias thing?

Not bashing BMW of Murrieta but I am surprised its in here. There cars are over priced besides their SUVs. Maybe because its own by BMW RACECAR driver Boris Said it got here. A lot of used cars they sell were own by racecar drivers which means it was probably driven really aggressively.

Had a bad experience. I think the ones listed in southern ca are bad how about that? Don't like to bash dealerships to give them a bad rep. Especially when it was their service workers. But than again the dealer is accountable for hiring such mediocrity.

New Century does not make it because they sell cars that have been car accidents

Westchester BMW (#28) has a decent service department, but the salespeople are so curt, rude, and condescending every time, across multiple visits, that I've now driven further to Pace BMW in Mamaroneck to buy 3 cars. (Night and day difference with the sales staff. Pace is fantastic.)

Whatever criteria led to this must've excluded the salespeople being complete asses.

I have to say my experiences in there have been completely opposite. If they gave me a car for free at this point, I wouldn't go there.

Glad to see Competition BMW of Smithtown made it. I had a very pleasurable experience working with them. Also glad to see Rallye BMW didn't make the list, nothing but bad experiences dealing with that place.

I'm a client advisor with Sun Motor Cars BMW, we're #10 on the list. As many others have said, it is not just sales that gets you the title. It's the over all experience and some other aspects. Service has a huge part in this rating. Then there are items that you wouldn't see coming. Example: selling a vehicle to someone outside of your market actually hurts you in the standings. I found this out after I sold and shipped a 650xi Gran Coupé to Seattle, WA (we're in PA).

While their service has improved from my past experience with them, sales force blows.
