Do you really want your kid driving an M3, even an older one?
Thanks....I guess the price does sound ok...but you're right, a few things would have to go.....the couple of things you mentioned plus the terrible tint.

As far as a kid driving a M3....I'm not sure what you think the problem would be. He's driven my e46 330 ('02) many times.

'02 330i: 225hp 214 torque
'98 M3: 240hp 236 torque

Power numbers are actually pretty close.

I'm not really too worried about it. I'm more worried about the $$$$ involved in maintenance.

Guys....thanks for all the help, but he's going to pass....we agreed there's just too much going on with this car that looks wrong.

Well for myself....I'm still 50/50 on an e90 M3, and selling my 335. I keep bouncing back and forth. I went in to drive a e92 yesterday....but they sold if about 20 minutes before I got there . I did go over my finance options...and they were kind of ugly.

To top it all off, I'm looking at a '97 540i that my wife wants from a friend of hers. Holy shit.
Better get a second job then...or third.

Off topic, I just came back from a little "car launch" practice, and fuck me sideways...that AWD can launch!
