Spring Height for True Rear

Hey all,

Brother is ordering a set of mcs for his e92 and is going true rear.

I was curious what spring heights / helper springs people are running for this setup.

Any help is appreciated in advance.

In the interest of providing information so that it's available for people to easily find online, just wanted to let everyone know that it's 7" for true rear or 6" if running helper springs
