F31 2012 n47 with mechanical seats without heating.

I bought a set of leather sport seats with mechanical adjustment, heated and lumbar adjustment (sport seats). My car is very poorly equipped and there is nothing like that in it.

I want to connect the seats, but I can't figure out what to do.
I buy a heated climate panel (do I need to change the climate unit)?
What wires should I pull to the seat? Just the power wire?
The seats are from UK version, I have europa, how do I solve the problem of misplaced heater (they will get mixed up).
