08 E92 6spd single hump price check

Has 115k miles, BMW serviced its whole life. No RB or Actuator work. No accidents. 4 owners. Needs tires.

What is everyone paying?

My guess is $21-22k

What condition is it in?
Any dings, scratches or dents?
What condition is the interior in?
Any leather scuffs on the seat bolsters?
Is the carbon roof bubbling?
Do the valve covers leak?
What other maintenance is needed?
Are the Rod bearings original OEM at 115K
Are the Throttel Actuators original OEM?
Does the car have any mods?
C’mon man post some photos and more details.

Wow, 115k with original RB's and TA's. Looks like this one beat the odds. I would think 20-21 would be fair but be prepared for someone to mention the RB's and TA's when negotiating.

Given all of the above, I'd estimate at least $3K for rod bearings, $1K for Throttle Actuators, $1K for tires = $5K needed in repairs. So my swag is high teens at the very best ($18-19K). See market research at classic.com.

You are reducing the price of car just because some preventative maintenance are not done?

Unfortunately, this is not how it works. Preventative maintenance are just preventative maintenance which adds NO value to the price of the car.

I ended up paying $24k for it. Well worth it for a car that has been owned and garaged by the same person for the past 12 years.

Every car in the $20-22 range was garbage by me with unknown maintenance history and recent owners trying to flip them. No thanks. There were none in the under $20k range in 500 Sq Miles

To me the Color ext/int, carbon roof, 6spd and single hump add value. I didn't want a Black, DCT double hump car
