dude not only that, it supposedly is going to come with a dash cam with data-logger that shows gear, revs, speed, brake pedal position, accelerator pedal position and some other things too. I have NEVER seen a factory car offer a data-logger/camera setup like that; it sounds incredibly sick for track days.

To hell with the 60 sprints, I'm curious about what kind of 1/4 mi, slalom, skid pad, and braking results we're going to see.

I'm also reeeeaaaally anxious to see how the electronically controlled mechanical LSD cooperates with all that power. That thing seems to do wonders.

Yeah, I thought the rumor was the Z06 would move up to slot between the C6 Z06 and the C6 ZR1 and there wouldn't be a C7 ZR1, just a more expensive and more capable Z06.

Blowers can be just as noisy. The whine my Saleen Mustang made at 12lbs was much louder than the 335i was making on the Proceed.

He needs to stop screwing around and put a blower on the Viper already. I can appreciate the vehicle's heritage and all that, but the competition is here, and it isn't going away.

I'd guess 10 second stock car. I'd very interested to see what we get from it.

I can almost promise you guys there won't be a ZR-1, it just doesn't make sense. I have a hard time imagining 700-800 HP being safe and usable for a RWD street car. C4 and C6 had a ZR-1, C5 didn't, and C7 won't. Mark my words. But perhaps a higher performance Z07 package Z06 will be in the works.

I'd imagine if there is a ZR-1, it would be more akin to what they did with the ZL1.

Reduce a lot of weight, even more dedicated race suspension, and remapped ECU's...

Basically everything else besides increase HP although I'm not entirely sure this C7 Z06 has any room for improvement.
