"Old" school BBS cleanup

thought you guys might like to see these. Look a lot like old school CSL's.

weigh 17.8lbs for 18x9 wheels, not bad!!!

Have not seen any e90/92's with these wheels. They are et42, so w/ a 10mm spacer they would fit the rears on an e92 quite nicely, but wont let you fit the widest rubber.

Tires mounted here are 265's.

these are going on my e36 M3 turbo next week.

=======================

Finally getting them ready to mount on the M3. Got the tires yesterday but they sent the wrong size for the fronts. Got the rears road forced today and spent a few hours detailing the wheels.....:eyecrazy

Still need to apply a coat or two of wheel wax, but so far they have been washed, clayed, SIP'd, and sealed....next wax. Thats all I can do to keep myself from going nuts that the car isnt here. Also just received my new seats (which are flippin sweet), headlights, fogs, lip, catch can and tomorrow head unit. This weekend will be fun assuming I get my car back tomorrow (getting a few custom exhaust things done).

here you go old school BBS hotness

I got lucky, they came with the car that I just bought! Like everything else on the car, they required some serious elbow grease and sweat to get back in shape, but its been worth it .

just as an fyi, these are RC-J's, which are forged where normal RC's are cast. Big difference. the forged versions are super rare.

Very cool I didn't mean to downtalk the wheels....one of the best looking classic wheels ever made imo....and the fact that they are forged is amazing...

no problem, i wasnt mad at ya! Most people have no idea what they are.

Pick one up and you'll figure it out real quick.

they weight as much as Kosei's in 17"....and they are bigger and wider, thats saying something.

mounted on the car
