Hmm, very interesting. I have enhanced blue tooth on my car, will I screw anything up if I add other features (disable confirmation screen, enable videos in motion, etc.) Also, I already appear to have Siri support, will it be disabled unless I select it from your list of services?

We would need to prepare separate coding files for you. When you want to change the ringtone you will have to recode the NBT.

I purchased my Easy NBT Coding kit on Wednesday, got the files delivered Thursday Morning, and installed the changes Thursday afternoon. All went exactly according to their directions, except that my front button presets were all erased.

I was pretty impressed as to how simple the whole process was. Be advised, there is no real feedback given during the "installation"; one does have to rely somewhat on faith, but it all worked as advertised.

This is such rip off its insane. They are charging more for these things for no reason, nothing is easier or harder, the Enhanced BT just carries more of a premium.

Most coders will charge you $100 to do anything and everything you want and I charge even less than that.

PEOPLE, look for a local coder before you do this!!

For folks like me that wanted the features but didn't know how to find a local coder (or have the time to look for one), this was a great option! Folks who are making these changes most likely have the resources to do so, so although you are correct that I might have been able to do it for less, I was very happy with how little time I had to invest to get the changes I wanted.

IMHO, there is room in the BMW ecosystem for BimmerTech's solution as well as local coders, who will always be able to provide even more services.
