I own a 2019 320d M-Sport, and for some reason, the previous owner thought it was a good idea to use 15cm self-tapping screws to mount the LED bar on the front bumper.

When I removed the screw shown in the attached image, washer fluid started leaking. I haven't had the chance to disassemble anything yet to identify what has been punctured.

Could it be a hose for the headlight washer that runs behind the impact bar and is now damaged?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

This pic shows what looks to be the backside of a F30 bumper with a washer hose running beneath the grilles. You're probably correct.
Looking up the hose on the part lookup site brings this number 61677241690

You could also try just splicing the hose together at the hole with a male to male fitting instead of replacing the entire hose, but it looks like the bumper will need to come off unless you're really flexible.

Thank you! I was just a bit confused since i hadn’t noticed any leaks until now. I’ll try to pop the grille out and splice it from there as a temporary fix.
