E90 Side Skirt Extensions: Forcewerkz

I finally got around a vendor that had a non-cf e90 side skirt extension. I dont have any exposed CF parts, nor do I plan to. I painted my diffuser and front lip body color.

The purchase experience with Forcewerkz is immaculate. Couldn't be happier with the response speed and customer service.

I followed this thread for installation instructions, but decided to take some pics for reference...

I purchased the FRP version, and we all know exposed FRP=ugly. I ended up wrapping it matte black as it is a bit more subtle. I don't think the double side tape is really necessary, but I do recommend adding more than just 3 self-tap screws. The OEM T30 screws are pretty much useless, as they dont really 'tighten' much. I ended up adding 6 self taps on each side.

can you give me more details on how you installed the self-tapping screws? I have the same side skirts on my E90, but used tape and the OEM screws, of which about half have fallen out.

Hi, question

If i really want that side splitters, would you mind telling me where I can get it? Cause on the Forcewerkz website, I only see they made FRP side splitters extensions for e92. Thanks so much. I really appreciate it!

The whole package looks good. Good call on wrapping the side skirts. It improves the look.

thanks! I am not a fan of exposed CF, that was a back in the day style for me for my old car, so it's either painted or matte black!
