Exporting E92 to Germany

I noticed that the same car I just ordered here and paid 50k for prices at around 90k in Germany. Therefore, I was wondering whether I can export it to Germany and sell it to a BMW dealer after about 6 months, at a price lower than market price but still above my purchase price minus shipping, taxes and modifications, so I would make a profit in the best case and not lose any money at all in the worst case.

However, the US model differs in some aspects from the German/European model, and I was wondering whether anyone can point me in the right direction to find out what exactly these differences are and what needs to be changed in order to be able to register the car in Germany.
