well not tired of it, but since the oppurtinity is there...im just not sure what the downfall would be if i traded car back into them since i had lease for lil time already, if im going to have to pay more out the a** or whatever just to get into a different car...but through same dealer....this is first time i ever leased a car so im new to it...

You'll have to pay "out of your a**" I think. I'd go with the M5 over the conv. m3 if I had to pick. Up to you though.

Well, considering the dealership has to make money off of each transaction, I'm guessing you're going to have to pay somewhere, just not sure how much the damage will be. You have three very different cars on your options list, so I say best bet is to first figure out exactly what you need, and then go test drive the ones that fit your needs and find out what the damage will be...

You can get a payoff quote on your current lease online through BMW. After only 3 months you will be way upside down if you trade in now.

swapalease.com is your friend, i tried getting out of my lease after a month of getting my 5 and they tried to pin me with $9k out of pocket to get outta the lease. and if u end up doing it go with e92 m3, e60 m5 will be dated soon with new f10 coming around the corner, and not as fun to drive imo heavier car!

M3 vert as you seem to like convertibles judging by your Z4 convertible. The M5 doesn't seem like it'd fit you, and it's really heavy.

It's going to cost you a fortune to get out of your lease. However good the price is on those cars is going to be negated by the amount you'll lose paying your way out of your lease.

Why didn't you lease an M3 vert at the beginning? The residuals on them are insane, the payment prob would have been about the same as your z4/.
