this is the iPhone 4 32gb factory unlocked (meaning no matter what software update you do, it will always remain unlocked, unlike all the other software unlocks)

well we'd all have to send the money to one person
then that one person does the ebay transaction
and ships them all when they arrive
and i think if we pay by paypal, we'd all be secure

I just looked at the link - sure its not a scam? Seems like an odd item for that store and I never like the idea that someone requires you to email them at a listed email vs just using ebay.....

well he has excellent feedback after over 2000 transactions
and i think 5 people from this forum have already bought one
he had 7 when i posted and now he only has 2
i assume he can get more
i emailed him

the address thing i assume is so he weeds out the nigerian scammers etc
i doubt he would have a issue with shipping to the US

plus aren't you in Canada?
i heard iphone 4s will be sold unlocked in canada

Let us know what he comes back with. I have seen people hijack other peoples ebay accounts is all. Seem odd that someone who sells clothes would have a line on phones that are completely sold out though.

Not sure if the iphones here will be unlocked. Main reason I am interested is not sure when Canada will get phones - may not be until august??

I am going to have to think thats a scam, my thoughts are that Iphone is built from apple as an ATT only phone, why would they have a factory unlocked phone?

second, you can buy the phone and unlock it yourself. its easy. not sure if the 4 unlock is out yet, but it will but , the upgrade 4 software is.

apple will sell direct to canada unlocked. just have to wait and be patient...ugh

the iphone is not only built for AT&T
there is another world outside the states
its sold in a lot of countries and most countries where they don't screw over the consumer as they do here, allow you to unlock the phone once you terminate your contract.
in other countries, its illegalto sell a locked phone

either directly or by an employee

That seller is the poster boy for "Scam artist". He hits on just about every tell tale sign eBay and PayPal warn you about to avoid being duped.

OP: if you buy the phones and actually get them in your hands, I will gladly pay you $466 + shipping to me via payapl.

paypal doesnt even help u one hundred percent and its not as easy as they make it seem. open a claim, and wait, etc. then get paid a percentage in some cases, or nothing at all, or eveything,,,never received everything back.

Be Carefull. I'm in the business. And I sell iPhone 4 for an easy 800 all day long. Why would some1 settle for almost half?? 700 maybe. China creates many fakes. Don't know if any1 has seen in real a iPhone 3GS FAKE. But they look perfect like Foxcomm made them themselves. One way or another this is probally a scam. Be careful.
