I have told many people that my week starts at 50% give a shit and goes down progressively from there. Typically something like 15% or so a day so come Thursday afternoon, I'm done for the week.

I'm teaching at a university until I head off to Law School next fall. What gets to me is when some of these prick college kids either text or sleep while I'm lecturing. Come on, do you have the attention span of a nine year old?

Last week, I put the students in groups and had them do group work. While I was walking around and answering individual questions, and checking out their thesis statements, this one kid, who I was directly talking to, puts his head on his laptop and completely ignores everything I'm saying...and these are college students we're talking about...

I’ll take a hug over a kiss on the cheek any day. Just yesterday I had my sons friends mother accidently kiss me on the lips. She aint bad lookin, but it was still an awkward moment.
