myBMW Login Problem

After attempting to log into the myBMW app I get the following on the "login.bmwusa.com" screen:

{"error": "invalid_client", "error_description": "Client authentication failed (e.g., login failure, unknown client, no client authentication included or unsupported authentication method)"}

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, to no avail. I have no trouble logging into the website. Anyone else seeing this?

I'm experiencing the same with my Android. Same login is working on iphone though.

Use the default android browser to sign in vs. Chrome if that’s what is on your phone and it should work.

I can only access it on my PC currently.

Clear your phone browser cache and login again.

You can't get the app on a PC or tablet. Was driving me crazy until I called and they said 'oh, yeah...smartphones only.' No problem on phone.

You can install any android emulator, for example https://www.ldplayer.net

After that install MyBMW App in it.
